Project Management

We provide the Project Management related to all Office Furniture and Demountable Wall fit-ups.  Based on the client's requirements, we will manage the Scope of Work, Schedule and Budget to meet their needs.  We have experience working with Architects, Design Firms and General contractors and are confident our ability to fulfil our role as the furniture supplier.  We will manage the process from the initial concepts and budgeting, through the design phase, delivery & installation and final completion.

Design & Specification

Our Design team brings our client's Workplace Visions to Life.  We pride ourselves on having the most talented, knowledgeable and professional team in the industry.  Our specialty is integrating Teknion's full-line of products within the most Innovative Workplace Designs our clients can provide.

Asset Management

We protect the investment our clients make in their furniture by offering them a variety of Asset Management Services.  We tailor our program to suit each of our client's individual needs including; maintenance plans, as-built drawing management, off-site storage and stock-inventory solutions. 

Contract Management

Many large-scale furniture fit-ups span multiple years and include long-term Service Level Agreements.  We are committed to managing our contract through to completion.  We have created a unique suite of online tools for our clients, so they can track multiple ongoing projects, existing asset utilization, contract financial management as well as ongoing service and maintenance.
